House of Rosie offers Tenant Placement services as well as two residential property management packages, Standard and Premium. Our model is simple, we only charge a percentage of the gross rent. We promise you won’t pay a penny until it’s rented and there are never any hidden fees. We work with you to maximize your potential returns.

Our Tenant Placement services are for owners looking to manage their own property but need help finding the right tenant. Save yourself the time and energy of marketing your property to tenants and let us do the matchmaking. We only charge one month's rent, and you'll walk away with the perfect tenant that checks all your boxes.

◦ Income Property: Also known as a rental investment property. This is long-term (5+ years) and requires capital up-front for down-payment + improvements, if needed. Solid returns are expected over time.
◦ Flip: This is a short-term Investment (6 months or less), focused on a renovation that increases the property’s value. This requires capital up-front for down-payment + improvements. Quick returns are expected.
◦ Development: This medium-term investment (6-18 months) is based on the sale of a newly constructed building(s). This requires capital up-front for down-payment + development costs. Significant returns are expected.
