the founders of House of Rosie.

After investing in and managing a number of our own properties over the years, we were inspired to bring the same owners’ mindset and quality of service to investors like you.

We’re proud to operate a local, family-run business based in Calgary, Alberta. Our very first income property was named “The Rosie” after Chris’ late great-grandfather, which is how House of Rosie came to be.

With deep roots in the industry, Chris’ family has been involved in rentals and new developments in Calgary as early as the 1950’s and Lindsay’s family has a history in real estate in Ontario going back to the 70’s . We’ve come to realize success isn’t just about growing a business; instead your satisfaction will always be the driving force behind our growth. Our goal is to build a thriving business together, be known for honesty, integrity and generosity — that we can one day pass on to the next generation.
