If there is a fire, call 911.

If you smell gas, call the ATCO Emergency Line: 1 (800) 511-3447.

If there is absolutely no heat in the building, call House of Rosie.

If there is a major sewer backup (water coming up from floor drains etc.), call House of Rosie.

If there is a major break in a water pipe (water spraying everywhere) please attempt to shut off the main water shut off and call House of Rosie.

If there is no electricity in the building, please call ENMAX: (403) 514-6100 and then call House of Rosie.

For any other urgent maintenance concerns (Plumbing is leaking, water is backing up or not draining, no or limited heat, no hot water) call House of Rosie.
